1. Test IQ đi Nhật là gì? Mục đích của test IQ đi Nhật
IQ hay còn gọi là “Intelligence Quotient” là một phần thi năng lực quan trọng dành cho người đi XKLĐ Nhật Bản. Đây được coi là một trong những phần thi khó khăn nhất đòi hỏi người lao động phải có khả năng tư duy nhạy bén và khả năng tính toán nhanh.
Tuy nhiên, phần test IQ đi Nhật cũng không đến mức quá phức tạp hay đánh đố người lao động. Chỉ cần các ứng viên tập trung cao độ và nghe theo hướng dẫn của cán bộ tuyển dụng là có thể vượt qua phần thi này.
Trong mỗi phần test IQ sẽ có từ 15 đến 20 câu hỏi và thời gian làm bài 30 phút. Vì vậy, nếu bạn đã có sự chuẩn bị từ trước và bình tĩnh khi làm bài đều có thể hoàn thành bài thi trước thời gian quy định nên cũng không cần quá lo lắng.

2. Mục đích của phần test IQ đi Nhật
Nhật Bản là đất nước có nền kinh tế công nghiệp phát triển nhất nhì thế giới. Vì vậy, họ luôn muốn tuyển chọn được lao động có chất lượng cao, sức khỏe tốt để đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc.
Kể cả ở Việt Nam hay Nhật Bản, bất cứ ứng viên nào khi phỏng vấn việc làm đều phải trải qua những phần thi hay yêu cầu bắt buộc nào đó. Đi XKLĐ Nhật cũng vậy, phần test IQ là phần không thể thiếu để đánh giá năng lực và trình độ của từng ứng viên.
Thông qua bài test iq cũng góp phần loại bỏ các ứng viên có vấn đề về trí tuệ, thiểu năng cũng như tư duy chậm, dựa vào đó đánh giá cân nhắc ứng viên có phù hợp với yêu cầu công việc bên Nhật hay không.
Mục đích của test IQ đi Nhật không chỉ giúp doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản đánh giá khả năng của ứng viên mà qua đó giúp người lao động đánh giá lại trình độ học vấn của mình.
Các bài test IQ đi Nhật có đầy đủ các phần đánh giá, phân loại thí sinh. Đảm bảo người tư duy thông thường có thể đạt được kết quả tốt.
3.Test IQ đi Nhật có khó không? Làm thế nào để vượt qua bài test IQ đi xklđ Nhật?
Test IQ đi Nhật “Không” khó. Tuy nhiên, để vượt qua bài test IQ đi XKLĐ Nhật cần chú ý những điểm sau:
♦ Đọc kỹ đề bài trước khi làm
♦ Phân bố thời gian làm bài hợp lý: dễ làm trước, khó làm sau
♦ Làm tất cả các câu hỏi có trong đề thi, không bỏ sót câu nào
Bài test IQ không có phần quá khó hay đánh đố ứng viên, các bài tập ở mức độ trung bình. Vì thế bạn cũng không cần quá trú trọng vào phần IQ này vì yêu cầu đạt tiêu chuẩn đi xklđ Nhật Bản cũng không cao. Bạn cứ thoải mái làm trong khả năng của mình là được nhé. Thông thường, bài test IQ khi phỏng vấn gồm:
Test IQ bằng hình ảnh
Đối với dạng bài này, ứng viên phải biết cách xác định được các hình ảnh, các mẫu và liên kết được chúng với nhau để tìm ra được quy luật. Đây là dạng bài khá phổ biến trong bài test IQ vì phần không liên quan đến từ ngữ, chỉ cần sự phản xạ và tư duy nhạy bén là có thể làm được.
Câu hỏi cho phần test IQ hình ảnh sẽ là một dãy các chữ số, một hình ảnh bất kỳ tìm sự khác biệt, một mô hình,…
Test IQ tính toán số học
Đây là phần thi yêu cầu tính chính xác cao nên khi làm bài ứng viên phải thực sự tập trung và bình tĩnh. Luôn luôn ghi nhớ quy tắc tính toán: “Nhân chia trước – cộng trừ sau”; “trong ngoặc trước – ngoài ngoặc sau” ; chuyển vế thì đổi dấu.
Nếu bạn còn băn khoăn và chưa biết cách làm các dạng bài tập tính toán IQ hãy lên google tìm kiếm và tham khảo các dạng bài tập mẫu và thực hiện theo các quy tắc tính toán để không bị bỡ ngỡ khi bước vào buổi thi thật.
IQ tính toán số học là phần thi có nhiều câu hỏi nhất: câu hỏi cộng trừ nhân chia 2 chữ số, 4 chữ số; điền số chính xác vào dấu “…” chấm; kết hợp tính toán cộng trừ nhân chia có ngoặc đơn; cộng dồn các số theo quy tắc,…

Đây là dạng đề mở rộng xoay quanh rất nhiều các lĩnh vực khác nhau: xã hội, văn hóa, lịch sử,nghệ thuật,…Ứng viên phải nắm bắt được và cập nhật tin tức thường xuyên hoặc vận dụng khả năng tư duy logic mới có thể trả lời được.

6. Test thể lực đi XKLĐ Nhật Bản
Ngoài bài test IQ đi Nhật, các ứng viên còn phải trải qua phần test thể lực khi tham gia các đơn hàng XKLĐ Nhật Bản. Đây được cho là phần quyết định 30 -50% cơ hội đi Nhật của các ứng viên.
Nếu bạn đỗ phần phỏng vấn và phần test IQ nhưng sức khỏe không tốt thì cơ hội đi Nhật sẽ rất thấp. Vì vậy, hãy cố gắng rèn luyện sức khỏe và thể chất để có thể đáp ứng được các đơn hàng đi Nhật nhé!

7. Test thể lực cần chuẩn bị những gì?
Để có phần test thể lực tốt, các ứng viên cần lưu ý một vài điểm sau:
♥ Tập luyện sức bền hàng ngày và chuẩn bị tinh thần thoải mái khi thi
♥ Chọn giày thể thao nhẹ nhàng không bị kích chân khi chạy
♥ Khởi động nhẹ nhàng trước khi thi
8. Bài test thể lực gồm những phần thi nào?
Thi chạy
Đây là bài test thể lực phổ biến nhất dành cho các đơn hàng lấy cả nam và nữ. Để thực hiện phần thi này, ứng viên sẽ đứng ở vạch xuất phát và chạy đến vạch đích. Cán bộ tuyển dụng sẽ bấm số giây, phút mà các bạn chạy đến đích. Ứng viên nào cán đích nhanh nhất sẽ dành được tấm vé vào vòng trong.
Nhảy dây
Phần thi này chủ yếu dành cho các bạn nữ tham gia đơn hàng: thực phẩm, cơm hộp, nông nghiệp,… để kiểm tra sức bền. Trong vòng 1 phút 30 giây bạn nào nhảy được nhiều lượt hoặc không bị ngắt quãng sẽ được chọn.

Bê, vác nước
Đây là phần thi dành cho ứng viên nam tham gia đơn hàng: xây dựng, cơ khí, lắp ráp,… để kiểm tra thể lực và sức khỏe. Trong thời gian quy định ứng viên có thể vác bao cát, bình nước với số cân quy định trên vai chạy từ vạch xuất phát đến vạch đích sao cho không bị đổ.
