Gần đây có nhiều trường hợp cho bạn bè mượn tài khoàn để chuyển tiền. Đây là hành vi vi phạm luật pháp Nhật Bản.
Thực tập sinh thường sử dụng tài khoản ngân hàng để nhận lương, thanh toán đơn điện, nước, ga, điện thoại, internet… Ngoài ra, chúng ta còn sử dụng tài khoản với các mục đích khác như chuyển tiền cho bạn bè trong nước Nhật, nạp tiền vào các ứng dụng thanh toán hoặc để thực hiện các giao dịch chuyển tiền quốc tế.
Tuy nhiên, nếu giao dịch trong tài khoản bất thường ví dụ trong tháng có nhiều lượt tiền nhập vào rút ra không rõ nguồn gốc thì ngân hàng sẽ tự động khóa tài khoản và báo cảnh sát. Nếu là tiền giao dịch bất chính, bạn sẽ bị bắt và không thể lấy lý do không biết để bào chữa.
Trong trường hợp này công ty sẽ ngưng hợp đồng lao động với bạn để bạn thu xếp về nước.
* Do đó cấm tuyệt đối hoạt động Mua bán tài khoản, thẻ ngân hàng, cho bạn bè mượn thẻ( sổ ngân hàng),…
・Hãy cẩn thận khi quản lý thẻ tiền mặt của bạn và không đưa nó cho người khác.
・Không bao giờ đưa mã PIN thẻ tiền mặt của bạn cho bất kỳ ai.
・Không cung cấp số ký hiệu tài khoản của bạn cho người khác vì nó có thể được sử dụng cho các giao dịch gian lận, bất chính.
・Không bao giờ sử dụng bất hợp pháp như chuyển nhượng, mua bán sổ tiết kiệm và thẻ tiền mặt.
・Hành vi giả danh người khác để mở tài khoản, chiếm đoạt sổ tiết kiệm hoặc thẻ rút tiền của người khác nhằm mục đích mạo danh người khác và sử dụng tài khoản hoặc bán sổ tiết kiệm hoặc thẻ rút tiền khi biết rằng người khác có mục đích đó. Là tội phạm

通帳やキャッシュカードの譲渡・売買等の不正利用は、決して行わないようにしてください
• キャッシュカードの管理には十分にご注意いただき、他人にキャッシュカードを渡さないようにしてください。
• キャッシュカードの暗証番号を絶対に他人に教えないでください。
• 不正な取引に利用されるおそれがありますので、口座の記号番号を安易に他人に教えないでください。
• フィッシングサイト等お客さまの情報を詐取すると思われるサイトや見慣れないメール・画面に口座情報等を入力しないでください。
・他人になりすまして口座開設を行ったり、他人になりすまして口座を利用する目的で通帳やキャッシュカードを他人から譲り受けたり、相手にその目的があることを知って通帳やキャッシュカードを売り渡したりする行為は犯罪です。
